I want to welcome each of you to Pre-AP Precalculus.  This course is actually two courses in one.  The first semester is an advanced algebra course, with many topics we examined in Pre-AP Algebra 2, but more in depth coverage.  The second semester is Trigonometry.  This is the study of the geometry of triangles.  Pre-AP Precalculus is a very rigorous course that requires a lot of work and study.  The purpose of this course is to prepare you to take Calculus next fall.  We concentrate on the concepts that will prepare you for AP Calculus or College Calculus next year.  I am very happy to have you for this course and I will do anything to help you succeed.  Once again, welcome and get ready to work hard.
